No Refund Policy: Please note that there will be no refunds of fees if a student withdraws from the school during the session for any reason.
Annual Fee Breakdown:
Academics: Tuition, course fees, library access, computer and science labs, remedial and extra classes.
Lodging: Dormitory accommodation.
Materials: School uniforms, house uniforms, shoes, socks, jackets, textbooks, notebooks, school bags, and geometry boxes.
Food Services: The school provides a comprehensive meal plan that includes daily breakfast, juice or a snack for mid-meal, lunch, an evening snack, dinner, and bedtime milk.
Co-Curricular Activities: Participation in arts, music, and dance programs.
Sports Activities: Participation in school sports programs.
Post-School Activities: Coaching for competitive exams and training for external competitions.
Medical Services: Access to the school infirmary attended by the nurse for everyday ailments.
Imprest Account:
An amount of ₹10,000 will be paid at the time of admission. This covers toiletries, laundry, tuck-shop money, special events, medical consultations, transportation, birthday celebrations, exam registration fees, and unforeseen expenses.
Any outstanding balance must be cleared before assessments to receive an exam-related NOC. A detailed statement will be sent at the end of each term.
Exclusions:
School fees do not include exam fees for Classes V, VIII, X, XI, and XII.
A prospectus can be purchased for ₹2,000 in cash.
School fees may be increased every two years.
Fines and Charges:
Late payment of fees: 2% of the outstanding amount per month.
Late withdrawal notification after March 15: ₹25,000 fine.
Overstaying leave or campus visits: ₹2,000 per day.
Reporting after 6:00 PM: ₹1,000 fine.
Possession of cash/mobile: ₹10,000 fine plus confiscation.
Damage to school property: ₹10,000 fine plus repair costs.
Discounts:
Sibling Concession: ₹10,000 off for the second child (applicable for one child).
5% Discount: For full payment of school and hostel fees by June 30, 2024.
Payment of Fees:
All fees, including those for the Imprest account, must be paid in full upon admission confirmation. Payments should be made via Demand Draft, NEFT, cash, or cheque in favor of “Sanjay Ghodawat International School” payable at Pune.
