The purpose of Grievances Policy is to provide orderly and efficient method by which student may air their complaints or grievance and also dissolve their issues at SGIS Mulshi.
At SGIS Mulshi, we have a friendly and open environment having tolerance and respect of each other with different views. If students have any query, we would like to hear as soon as possible so that the issues are resolved to the satisfaction of student community. SGIS always wishes to deal with grievances in a friendly and informal manner. Grievances will be addressed by member of staff closer to the cause concerned. The school will make genuine efforts to resolve complaint. Anyone with concern should discuss matter directly involved.
Confidentiality of the complaint will be maintained. At SGIS Mulshi, complaints can be registered from Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 3:30 pm in the school building.
If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome then the concern can be directly appealed to the Principal.
SGIS Mulshi has a procedure for lodging the complaint. The school also evaluates the process and monitors the way the complaint is dealt and how further the grievance can be settled through proper channel.
SGIS Mulshi takes responsibility to upgrade all policies and maintenance on regular basis. The school ensures that policies are transparent and easily accessible to the parents. SGIS sees to it that while dealing with complaints, there is fair treatment, correct solution, accurate advise and respect for Privacy are maintained.
